CercleS Publications CercleS Bulletin CercleS publishes twice a year the Bulletin, a magazine devoted to issues concerned with university language centres in Europe. The most recent issue as well as a list of past Bulletins can be found here. Member organisations of CercleS can subscribe to the magazine simply by contacting their national association or the General Secretariat. Others can obtain printed copies of the Bulletin by contacting the CercleS General Secretariat using this order form. CercleS Proceedings The Proceedings are published as a follow-up to the biennial CercleS conferences and focus on topics in language teaching, language centre development and related areas. Participants at conferences receive a copy of the Proceedings, otherwise copies can be obtained from the Secretariat. Please click here for a list of published Proceedings. The Proceedings are available by post from the General Secretariat. You should fill in the order form and send it to the Secretariat (payment to be made by bank draft or postal order in euros only).
